This is a required rate of return for investors when we reach the target turnover and EBITDA lever for a specific scale of the project.

We will need both mature experts ins specific medical fields and. We need an ambitious management team for HR, GR, and marketing.
We want to sell medical services as packages, so the patient gets a complete solution and knows what to expect. We plan to utilize captive insurance to establish a steady cash flow. Our target is to use AI and user-friendly IT to make connections with doctors seamless. We will have satellite clinics in KL, KK, and JB. We want to be fully recognized by MOH and MTHC. We may need to partner with local universities to conduct research and clinical trials .

Lymphatech Clinic Russia respects equal partnership when setting up a medical business when one side brings the medical products, know-how, and technologies that will penetrate the market and create a blue ocean. In contrast, local investor brings in investments and connections to create infrastructure and an environment for the technological seed to grow fast in the new environment.
